"I have used this three times on Madison. I have never been able to successfully use it to add time to a meter. There are always two four digit numbers on the meters, one official looking one, and one written in marker. Today I added money to both, with no luck. I finally just shoved in a bunch of dimes and nickels I luckily had. Their in app support is just a faq, terms and conditions, and a privacy policy. After searching in the Internet, I cannot find a way to contact them."

"Time on app doesn't show up on meter which is confusing. The City wants you to pay thru the app, but if you leave early they don't want the next person to benefit from what you paid for. Stick to coins."
